Khechari Gentle

Summary

Gentle khechari — resting the tongue tip up behind the top teeth and sliding it back to touch the soft palate, held lightly — is a benign tongue position that Realised uses as a **soft marker** of the oral-somatic/myofascial field: when that field has eased, the position is comfortable to reach, and that ease is the read. It is **a marker, not a benefit** (it is not claimed to *do* anything), the mechanism is thin, individual tongue anatomy modulates it — and the extreme classical form (progressively cutting the tongue's frenulum) is **self-surgery and is excluded outright.** ---
